• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Products must be unopened if they are ingestible supplements

Non-Returnable Items

Due to safety and quality standards, we do not accept returns of opened supplement products unless they are defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or refund.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Return Shipping
